Terms of Service
Last updated: September 17, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FieldCore’s websites, applications, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use FieldCore for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that your users comply with these Terms. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract.
The Services
FieldCore provides business-management tools for field-service businesses, including customer, job, quote, invoice, communication, and reporting features. We may improve, modify, add, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed according to the price, billing period, taxes, and renewal terms shown when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. Failure to pay may result in restricted or suspended access.
Your data and responsibilities
You retain ownership of content and business data you submit. You grant FieldCore the limited rights needed to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that data to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and all necessary permissions to collect customer information and send email or other communications through FieldCore.
You must honor recipient preferences and applicable communication, privacy, tax, employment, consumer-protection, recordkeeping, and trade-specific obligations. FieldCore does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or professional trade advice.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to break the law, send spam or deceptive communications, infringe rights, distribute malware, interfere with security or operation, probe or access systems without authorization, misrepresent identity, or attempt to reverse engineer the Services except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
FieldCore property and feedback
FieldCore and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, software, design, trademarks, and documentation, excluding your data. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription through the available account controls. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful conduct, non-payment, or where necessary to protect the Services or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. FieldCore is not responsible for business decisions, work performance, customer disputes, or third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldCore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. FieldCore’s aggregate liability relating to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid to FieldCore during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the revised date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or by email. These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled by courts with lawful jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to work@fieldcore.co.in.
