We collect information you provide, including account and profile details, business details, customer and job records, quotes, invoices, files, communications, support requests, and payment-related information. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored directly by FieldCore.

We also collect technical and usage information such as device and browser data, IP address, sign-in and security events, feature usage, diagnostic logs, and email delivery events including deliveries, bounces, complaints, and unsubscribe requests.

We use information to provide and secure the Services, authenticate users, process subscriptions, deliver requested communications and documents, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot and improve the product, comply with law, and communicate service or policy updates.

Businesses using FieldCore may upload information about their customers and send them service-related or non-essential email. In that context, the business controls why the information is used and FieldCore processes it to provide the Services. Recipients should contact the sending business about the source or correction of customer records.

Recipients can unsubscribe from non-essential email using the link in the message. Essential messages such as quotes, invoices, bookings, receipts, and security notices may still be delivered where appropriate.

We share information with service providers that help us host, secure, operate, analyze, support, and bill for the Services, including cloud infrastructure, database, email-delivery, and payment providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security and business records. Retention periods vary by data type and account status. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information, or object to certain processing. Account holders can update many details in FieldCore and can request account deletion from Settings. To make another privacy request, email work@fieldcore.co.in. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards. The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We may update this policy as the Services or legal requirements change and will post the revised date on this page.
